About Cody Sauer
I was born and raised in Bethel, and I have deep family roots in Clermont County. I spent my childhood wading through creeks, riding my bike, and playing every sport I could.
After graduating from Bethel Tate High School, I played football at Mount Saint Joseph University before transferring to University of Cincinnati and getting a degree in Sports Administration. I married my wife Sarah in 2015, and I convinced her to move from Anderson out to the country. We bought a fixer upper with a few acres in 2016, and we did a complete remodel, from opening walls, to retiling bathrooms, to ripping out subflooring. I’m definitely not afraid to get my hands dirty, and I’m always ready to work hard to get results. Sarah and I welcomed triplets last summer. Crew, Emmy Lou, and Tessa were NICU warriors, and are growing into curious, sweet, and funny babies. In my limited free time, you’ll find me outside fishing, playing volleyball with Sarah, or cruising around in my Jeep Wrangler.
After years of perusing the market for land and homes as a hobby (and to find the perfect opportunity for a family forever home), I got a real estate license so that I could help others find the perfect home for their own family.
